They Stole All My Gear and My Work
Most of my gear and supplies that I rely completely on to make a living were stolen tonight (I'm a freelance/entrepreneur and am getting no insurance money for this) and I need some help getting back into action.
I make videos, live theater shows, and create things that I hope will make the world better, but last night after a video shoot, someone smashed a window in my van and took most of my gear and my work.
Not only did they take my gear that I use everyday including a camera, lighting, microphone, and my computer (plus a ton of things like camera bags, batteries, memory cards, etc), but they took my hard drives that contained just about everything I've created and accomplished over the past few years (I know they should have been backed up other places, but I was on a shoot today using everything and backing up files from the day. While things were backed up in multiple devices and places, all those places and devices happened to be in the van at the time and are now gone).
I need to replace this gear immediately in order to get back to work, so I appreciate whatever you can provide to help.

They missed one of my cameras in the van, so I'm still able to produce and create some photos and help with videos if that's something you need.

- Brand new MacBoook Pro (for editing videos/photos) - $2,500
- 1 Camera Sony rx100v - $1,000
- Cinema light kit Aputure 120dii plus accessories - $900
- Microphone Deity S-mic ii plus accessories - $500
- Hard Drives (plus the invaluable content on them) - $600
- Car damage - $300
- Miscellaneous camera bags, batteries, memory cards, etc - $800
- At least a week of work lost working on compromised accounts, logins, etc
The performance, video, photo, and every other community I've been part of has made me grateful everyday. This is not ideal, but I appreciate every one of you for being in my life and reading this and helping if you're able.
