It is with deep sadness that we are sharing with you the news of the death of Dr. Christopher R. Jacobs, Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University. He passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Sunday morning, July 1st, 2018.
Chris was a well-known leader in the field of Biomechanics. He had an enthusiastic passion for research and education and cared very deeply for his family, friends, colleagues and students. He will be truly missed by all of us.
