Children of Woodmore Elementary

Twenty-three children were injured, and six of those lost their lives, in a horrific school bus accident in Chattanooga, TN on Monday, November 21, 2016. Many of these families will be facing huge financial burdens as they also struggle to deal with one of the most horrible things that any family can experience. Families shouldn't need to worry about medical bills, or funerals, and where that money will come from. 

Should the families' medical bills and funeral expenses be taken of, I will work with the administration of Woodmoore Elementary School to address any additional needs of the family and/or school that could benefit from financial support. 

I am a Chattanooga mother of two elementary-aged children, and cannot begin to fathom what these families are going through. I will be working with the Hamilton County Department of Education, Woodmore Elementary School, and other Hamilton County personnel to make sure that the money from this campaign goes to the families of Woodmore Elementary School affected by this tragic event, and would be grateful for any donations received.
