Childline Gibraltar & IRC Yemen

The William Hill Gaming Team in Gibraltar challenged each other to give at least one thing up for 6 weeks to raise some much needed funds for two really worthwhile causes.

We weren't overly successful in abstaining, so have therefore managed to raise more than we initially thought! 

A single cheat day during this time could be bought for £10 and thanks to a couple of additional side bets, we managed to raise a fantastic £650 :) William Hill has also kindly matched our raised funds by £500!!

Our chosen charities are:

International Rescue Committee for Yemen.
Yemen is facing the biggest humanitarian crisis of our life time, with two thirds of the population at risk of starvation. The IRC provide crucial support to the country and heavily depends on donations to fund this. 

Childline Gibraltar
The team at Childline provide vital care and support to the children who need it most in our local community. They work incredibly hard and also rely on donations and volunteers to ensure that there's always someone ready to step up and support a child in need.
