Now that the competition is over I am restructuring the Go Fund Me campaign.

50$ donation will give acess to a celebration tasting dinner that will include my signature dish from the World Chef Challenge.

I have been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to compete in The World Food Championships held in Orange Beach, Alabama. Another competitor has backed out at the last minute and I have been asked to compete. This will mean arriving in Alabama by November 9th and staying till the 13th. This has come as an unexpected surprise and I have very little time or money to make this trip a reality. By supporting this you will give me funding to pay for travel expenses and Ingredients that I must provide for my entry. Up to this point I have worked very hard to build my reputation as a young up and coming Chef in my industry and community. Now would be my chance to be seen on a bigger stage and work around the most skilled Chefs in the international arena.
