Chef Moppy Goes to Culinary School!

Penelope "Chef Moppy" Lorenzana is an 11 year old girl on a mission! Through this campaign, she hopes to raise funds to attend the Professional Culinary Arts Certificate Program at the prestigous Park City Culinary Institute in Utah.
At the young age of 11 years old, she has already amassed many impressive acheivements, including over 7 years of cooking studies , straight A's in school and teaching cooking classes at a local senior living community.
Her hard work and dedication are paying off! Recently, Penelope competed against thousands of other students - most, much older than she is - in the Young Entrepreneurs Academy's National Competition. After successes at the local and regional levels she was flown to New York for the finals. Her custom chef knife company, LifeThyme Tool Co. by Chef Moppy, placed 2nd overall ! The fact that she was among the youngest competitors did not intimidate this dynamic and determined young woman.
Chef Moppy wants to carry her momentum forward by enrolling at the Park City Culinary Institute , where she will elevate her skills to the next level. Her dream is to one day open her own restaurant and to always inspire junior chefs to experience the joy of cooking together with their parents, families and friends.
