Cheatle's Fund for Med. Treatment

Well, I would say a lot of you whom I am sharing this with will already know what is going on, but for those that don't here is my story. 

I lost my job working with a company on elance (now upwork) around March of 2016. I took advantage of this downturn spending a lot of time looking after my Grandfather, taking time to write a pilot, and work on my coding skills while living off my savings. 

Spring/Summer of 2016 I started getting multiple small infections throughout my body and just in general feeling ill, so I took a break from almost everything I was doing outside of taking care of my Grandfather and working on coding. By the fall, after battling mutltiple small infections through the summer, my right ear started to hurt extremely bad and began to bleed, this was the start of a never ending barrage of illness. 

It went from major ear infection to an infection in my large intestine, as well as keeping a cold almost the entire fall. After spending my entire savings going through multiple treatments, as well as all the extra expenses, I started to come up short on paying for everything. 

Then I developed the Flu effecting me December through early January,  I was so sick I was unable to move. The Flu turned into Bronchitis, which turned into Bacterial Pneumonia. After being helped by several people for meds, and even some testing over Dec/Jan, it finally came to light that I have an infection deep in my lungs (through MRI and blood tests). 

So, I am here to ask for some help, as someone in a tight spot, no where to actually go, I am looking for a little assitance. I have signed up at my local hospital for a program that helps cut the costs of procedures, medicine, and treatment. To treat this type of Bacterial Pneumonia, as well as fight the infection that seems to be the root of my issue I need 780$ (down from around 1500$). I posted up 1100$, because GFM/Payout takes around 9% or so, and I need the extra bit for other expenses (gas back and forth, over the counter medicines, and any other medicine they might prescribe).
