Chase Walsh Ghosts and Gossip Album

$6,245 of $8,500 goal

Raised by 64 people in 38 months

My name is Chase Walsh. I am a 16 year old singer/songwriter from Frankfort, Illinois. I have been writing and performing music since I was 9 years old.

My late uncle taught me my first chord when I was about 6. He was a special man.

When I was 14, I recorded my first EP, "Your Friend the Robber."  I sold quite a few copies on Itunes , Amazon, and other recording sites.

After an awesome CD Release tour, I was approached by a producer and asked to release a full album with professional studio musicians.

I saved all my money I could from live performances but still fall way short of the great expenses to see my passion become a reality. With College on the horizon, I would really like to do this thing on my own.

I really need your help to fund my new album, "Ghosts and Gossip." It contains 12 new original songs and I plan on going into the studio with at least 5 professional musicians in about a month.

All of the funds will go toward the production, distribution, marketing and studio musicians needed to create the passionate, soulful music I can't wait for all of you to hear!

These songs will be emotional and relatable for all ages. They are about my life, and yours too.

Words can't describe my gratitude to you all for supporting my dream, my passion, my life.

What if I exceed my goal?
My goal amount is determined by the actual costs of the Recording studio, professional musicians, recording, mixing, mastering, digital and cd production, album photography and artwork, distribution, and promotion of the project in it's entirety.

If it happens that I raise more than my goal, (thank you, thank you, thank you)I am hoping that we can afford professional representation and public relations for the album and support the live events planned after the release of "Ghosts and Gossip."

(and don't forget, there's some awesome gifts for your donations, too)
