Charvi's 2nd Fight Against Leukemia

High fever that just wouldn't go away triggered a chain of events that has little Charvi (my 11 year old niece) fighting for more than 18 months.
A slew of blood work results in 2018 diagnosed Charvi with Leukemia.
Still reeling out from the shock, she lost her father a few weeks after being diagnosed.
This was the darkest time in our family. Tore her mother apart between grieving and staying strong for Charvi. Her aunt, uncle and grand parents took over the responsibility to care for her and help support the family. They would take turns and stay at her place, weeks together. Priceless !!
Charvi was admitted to the Curie cancer center at St Johns hospital in Bangalore India. She braved the first round of chemo that lasted almost 9 months. She responded well to her treatment and went into remission fairly quickly. She started going back to school after almost a year. Normalcy seemed to return to the household. My sister, relieved of her daughter's recovery started going back to photography, her main source of income. Doctors had started the maintenance chemo program.
But.. things did not go as planned
Within 3 weeks, sharp pain in Charvi's knees led to the diagnosis of a relapse and this time with a vengeance. Multiple lesions were found in the knee. An MRI and bone marrow test revealed that her situation had deteriorated.
Charvi has again started a series of stronger chemo therapy sessions at the St Johns, Curie Cancer Center in Bangalore, India. Doctors are looking into options for bone marrow transplant.
To do everything that is possible, her family has also started resonant frequency therapy & immunotherapy by an integrated medicine practitioner. These approaches have shown to provide both comfort and improvement.
With her medical insurance exhausted and most of the family's savings depleted, this fundraiser has been set up to help Charvi and her family with the medical expenses they are faced with.

Update Oct 11th :
* This fundraiser has been started by Charvi's maternal uncle (Krishna)
* I will be withdrawing the funds in US and transferring this to my sister's account in India , using an online remittance account such as xoom / axis remit etc
* The funds will be directly spent for her medical expenses both at St John's Hospital in Banagalore for on going chemotherapy and immunotherapy at Dr Manik's clinic
