Charlie Onion’s Eyeball

Little Charlie Onions injured his eye a few days ago, but since the dog had just been sick and needed the vet; I had no money to take him and hoped it would heal on it’s own. Unfortunately he someone managed to open the wound again and I fear it’s infected. I don’t know what the amount might be so I guessed $500. 
It’s kitten season right now and I have 3 fosters; one of which is also injured and money is not really available.
