Sustainable Options For Urban Living Inc (S.O.U.L.)

Every little bit will help somebody to earn a real living wage!

We are raising money to benefit our Chicago South side and Southland community businesses and workers in the construction and real estate development industry.

Our mission statement describes us as: “A holistic urban, community & co-operative economic developer that explores and shares options for local businesses and residents to create healthy, happy, prosperous, and sustainable lives."

Sustainable Options For Urban Living Inc (S.O.U.L.) , provides workforce and entrepreneurship training and supportive services to  create wealth building and sustainable options that benefit people and the places we live and work.

S.O.U.L. is opening a new training and business incubator in Dolton, Illinois.

Any donation will help make an impact. Your help will pay for tools and equipment, materials and supplies and critical services to get the center up and running by mid 2022.

Our recent impacts without a home of our own include: we certified 50 Solar PV Installers (many of whom were returning citizens), prepared 12 at risk youth with entry level construction skills, over 50 small entrepreneurs have received training and assistance to grow their business and create new job opportunities and we are recruiting for Summer 2021 programming now!
