Hi, my name is Rylee, and I’m raising funds to support Jen Murphy, a dedicated advocate for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP). Jen has been a tireless champion for this cause since 2018, when Jermain Charlo disappeared in Missoula, Montana.

Jen’s work has made a lasting impact on families and communities affected by MMIP. She has supported Jermain’s family from the start, helping them navigate the uncertainty and heartbreak surrounding her disappearance. As a self-taught filmmaker and photographer, Jen uses her storytelling talents to raise awareness, most notably through the short film Not Afraid, which highlights the urgency of the MMIP crisis.

This year, I’m dedicating my marathon run at the Missoula Marathon to Jermain Charlo’s memory and to raising funds for Jen’s advocacy efforts. Every step I take is in honor of the resilience and strength of Indigenous women, families, and advocates like Jen, who fight tirelessly to bring our loved ones home and demand justice.

Your donation will directly support Jen’s ongoing work in MMIP advocacy, helping her continue to provide critical resources, awareness campaigns, and storytelling to amplify this issue.
