ISCOR is a volunteer-run people-to-people program of citizen diplomacy that maintains the sister city relationships established by the City of Rochester, NY, with communities abroad to contribute to world peace and friendship.  Activities include tourism; exchanges in education, sports, culture, technical and humanitarian aid, economy, and other areas of mutual benefit to the partner communities.
