Help Harley Run Again

This is Harley, he's a 5 year old chocolate lab, and the love of my life. He was born with bad hips and as he's grown its been confirmed he has severe hip dysplasia. Over the last few months his situation has been deteriorating, his muscle on his hind legs is wasting away and he's starting to cross his legs as he walks because of his dysplasia.



He was once an active dog who loved playing fetch, running through parks and swimming.. Now he has to have two breaks whilst walking around the block. He is in pain and needs complete hip replacement surgery. He is already on a special diet and we have been trying various therapies to help with his disorder. Last week the vet said he'd need the surgery as soon as possible.



We're not a wealthy family but we do our best with what we have. We simply don't have the money to save our beloved dog and the insurance won't cover the costs due to it being an existing condition, we didn't know until recently that he was born this way, and is now deteriorating. The surgery will cost approximately 11000 not including aftercare, so we are asking for your help to save our gorgeous boy.

He has so many years left in him yet and we want to give him all he deserves, he is my life and I don't know what I'd do without him. Even if it's a pound, we appreciate any contribution big or small. Thank you for your time. Love Harley and family xxx
