Chanel's vet bills

If you know me you know Chanel is my life. I would die for this dog. Tonight after I got home from work she was barely breathing, twitching and limp. I rushed her to the emergency vet and just used my whole paycheque for that. She's staying over night and will be transferred to another vet in the morning. My dad is helping me with what he can but even then it's not going to be enough. I desperately need help, if she dies so will I. Please if you can help in anyway I will be forever grateful and will find ways to pay it all back. I need my baby girl she is literally my life. She's only 6 and should have a lot more years a head of her. Please help my baby girl out I'm desperate and don't know what else to do but this.
