Chance Works / medical bills

Sam is months behind in rent and bills because of his medical issues, which include colitis and shingles. Apparently he's got a new job, but won't start seeing pay from it for a month. I set the amount to 5000 because I believe that should be enough to last and get him caught up on bills.
