I, Keerthi Karnati, have always pictured myself speaking in front of a large crowd, inspiring people and above everything, getting over my fear of public speaking. After years of struggle with my stage fright, I got an incredible platform, to fight it, through Toastmasters. Toastmasters is an International organization for communication and leadership development. Representing "The Original Articulators" toastmasters club based in Sacramento, I emerged as the:

Winner of the Area 93 Table Topics Contest 2017
Winner of the Club level International Speech contest 2017
Winner of the Area 93 International Speech contest 2017
Winner of the Division I International Speech contest 2017
Winner of the District 39 International Speech contest 2017
And, within a year of my association with Toastmasters, today, I am the first ever Indian woman to represent District 39 in the World Championship of Public Speaking 2017, being held at Vancouver, BC, Canada on August 23rd-25th, 2017. It's just a step away for my dream to come true, the dream of sharing the stage with the best speakers from all over the World. But, losing about a week's worth of pay and estimating the expenses for this trip, I am in need of some financial support and any generous contribution is deeply appreciated.
