Champ's Knee Surgery

Hi my name is Champ and I am 6 years old. I have Cranial Cruciate Ligament Disease. This disease causes a deterioration in my knees in which my ACL tears very easily. I tore my first ACL 2 months ago and my owners were able to afford my first surgery. The Vet gave my other knee 2 more years until it would also tear. Unfortunately it has torn only 2 months later. My owners cannot afford another surgery. This is the only way I can live my happy life of swimming in the pool and playing fetch all day. I know I have 6 more good years in me.
