Q: What is this fund for? Does it have anything to do with Jason Chaffetz being a fecklesss stooge?
A: Chaffetz is once again meddling in local DC matters, this time introducing legislation revoking a recently passed law allowing doctors to help end the lives of terminally ill patients. Time and again, Chaffetz has demonstrated a willingness to disregaurd District autonomy for cheap political gains. He's a hack.
Q: Why is he doing that? If he really cares about preventing physician assisted suicide, why isn't he trying to change the same laws that have been around for years in other states?
A: Probably because he's a feckless stooge.
Q: So what's the money for then?
A: Since he fancies changing our local laws, let's return the favor by making some changes to the ordinances in his hometown: Provo, Utah.
Q: How are you going to do that? DC doesn't have authority to change city ordiances in Utah.
A: That's true, but if we raise enough money, we can get someone elected to Provo City Council.
Q: That's bloody brilliant. What law are you going to change?
A: That's still under consideration. The first idea was to change the zoning ordinance for properties abutting his multi-million dollar home. Another suggestion related to making contraceptives available in public schools and inserting Carl Sagan into the curriculum. Suggestions are welcome.
