Baby Chase Steven Holmes

Chase Steven Holmes was born premature via emergency C-section on Jan 30th at 26 weeks. He is a fighter and is under the best neonatal care at St. Vincent's Hospital with Parents Rachael and Ian Holmes. This family is caring, generous and could really use some help. Updates will be posted on here as well through contact with Rachael.
