Make NFL pay Troy 4 Super Bowl 1

I am raising money to pay the guy that owns the only recorded copy of super bowl 1 to destroy it. The nfl is restricting him from selling it and offering him a ridiculously low price for that piece of football history. I would like to pay him to destroy it or have the nfl pay what it's worth to save it. He can't sell it but he can destroy it if paid the right price to do that.
