Transitioning

My name is Jay, I am 19 in September and will be starting at university. I have been on the NHS waiting list for the GIC for almost 3 years already, and still nothing has happened. I was supposed to have my first in person appointment with the GIC in June of this year, however I have recieved no letter or no contact regarding my appointment date or if I'm even still on the waiting list, and they refuse to tell anyone that asks. Because of this, I am looking to go private. I have depression, anxiety and social anxiety and the dysphoria from being pre transition leaves me suicidal with no hope for the future. The anxiety about starting university is also heightened due to safety reasons; I intend to be stealth and my feminine features will only confuse people and draw unwanted negative attention. I can only set aside so much of my own money and my student loan to fund this, and would appreciate any little help at all, whether its sharing my story or giving £1. Anything will help! Any donations will be going towards my transition, whether it be for my consultations, appointments, travel to and from the clinic and towards prescriptions.
