Hey! My name is Celeste and I'm a singer/songwriter and Nashville recording artist! I am proud to be a CMA (Country Music Association) artist and voting member. I've been named an iHeart Radio Artist to Watch two times and was the second Pop/Country Artist to be featured in PopStar! Magazine (the first being Taylor Swift). And I hate talking about myself... lol But I guess you have to get to know me a bit, huh? (But if you aren't interested in hearing about me you can skip down to the star line to read just about this project;)
With that said, when I was 12 I had the privelege to perform in a Radio Disney Group called RD7. We opened for a lot of Disney Artists including Raven, Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers, The Cheetah Girls and performed at a Kelly Clarkson Concert. The first time I ran up on stage in front of 11,000 people I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
After my term ended with Radio Disney I started a group called No Limit. Our message was "If you work hard and stay true to yourself, there's No Limit to what you can do."
Being in No Limit, I had the opportunity to do my first charity concert at Victory Junction Gang Camp in Randleman, NC during childhood cancer week. I didn't know at the time that I would be back to perform there two more times! I also had the opportunity to perofrm on the USS Eisenhower during Friends and Family Day. That was one of my favorite performances. I've performed at several Relay 4 Life Events and in 2012, I visited and performed at St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN. One of the coolest things about music is it's universal.. and sometimes it speaks when you don't really know what words to say. I am so glad I was able to perform at all of these places.
In 2012 I also started my first of 5 Anti-Bullying Dream Building School Tours. I have performed in front of 75k-100k students spreading the anti-bullying message in Virginia, Tennessee, Kenctucky, Delaware, North Carolina, Mississippi and Michigan. I received a phone call about a week after one of my performances notifying me that a girl in the audience was considering comitting suicide.. and after the concert she changed her mind. I cried.
I have worked with songwriters on music row in Nashville and have written a lot by myself. Through songwriting I was introduced to a foundation called Live 4 Tay raising awareness for Childhood Cancer. I recently won the Music Madness 1st Place Songwriter Award in Nashville, TN and the Pop/Country Artist of the Year 2015 at the Josie Show/Country Blast Radio Awards in Nashville, TN.

This leads me to my current project...
- Recording my EP "You and Me"-
I plan to record my EP this fall in Nashville. I've already pinned all the songs that will be on the EP and can't wait to bring these songs to life!
The money raised in this campaign will be used for studio musicians, studio time, production, mixing, mastering and a music video!
You may wonder why this is important to me... well, music is my life. It's what I've always known and loved and just want the opportunity to bring my music and lyrics to life!
