Celebrate Tomorrow-Masquerade Party

Donation protected
Hi there everyone!

I am organizing a fundraiser for a program called The Tomorrow Fund. This program I am going to organize the fundraiser for helped my husband Ian tremendously when he was sick with cancer, which is why it is particularly near and dear to my heart. http://www.tomorrowfund.org/

Families turn to the tomorrow clinic when they have to face the unfortunate diagnosis of a child with cancer. It is emotionally devastating to the child and their families. Further, families of cancer patients are especially vulnerable to financial hardship. The average course of treatment lasts 24 months, it's hard for many families to keep a job when they may very well be spending the better part of the next two years at Hasbro Children's Hospital. For two-parent families there is a significant loss of income in the face of mounting medical bills and for single parents it can be catastrophic. The tomorrow clinic is best known as the Edwin N. Forman Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Center at Hasbro Children's Hospital, The Tomorrow Fund offers a broad spectrum of assistance to pediatric cancer patients and their families, from psychosocial services to community referrals to financial support. The Tomorrow Fund supports several positions in the pediatric oncology clinic at Hasbro Children's Hospital and stocks the clinic with welcome distractions for its young patients. However it depends heavily on the donations of generous Rhode Islanders and fundraising events

I am planning a masquerade party for my event, at a beautiful venue in Providence, RI.  I am hoping this even could generate a significant outcome in terms of fund raising and would further provide an opportunity to raise funds for a good cause. There will be a silent auction, entertainment and delish food!  I am planning the event for Saturday August 18th and am in need of monetary donations to cover overhead costs of the venue, and to keep ticket prices barable for those who will want to attend the event. Ticket sales are hoping to open up in mid -March.

Any little bit will help to cover overhead costs in order to successfully host this event!
