CCJH Yearbook Class Cameras

Donation protected
The Yearbook class at Cactus Canyon Junior High has amazing students who love photography and work hard every year to create a great book for the student body. The Cougar Chronicles even received an Honorable Mention in the 2013 Lifetouch National Yearbook Showcase.

However, CCJH is a Title I school and the majority of students are in the Free and Reduced Lunch program. Many of our students cannot afford to purchase a yearbook and the program has run at a deficit for three consecutive years. It also means that most Yearbook students lack quality camera equipment and a handful have no camera at all.

While we have made changes to our program and expect to break even this year, we haven't been able to afford any new camera equipment for years and can no longer provide loaners to students in need.

Our class is seeking donations to purchase two entry-level DSLR cameras and two additional lenses to help us continue to publish high-quality, award-winning yearbooks.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
