CBR Team International

Volunteer organisation CBR Team International brings rehabilitation to patients not reached by the country’s health care system. The projects in Kenya and Rwanda support over 500 people with cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury or an orthopaedic problem .

CBR Team International relies on the Community Based Revalidation methodology to link patients with care institutions and schools. The best practises training for local community workers ensures lasting support within the community. CBR Team International also focuses on prevention of disability, through creating awareness and education.
