În anul 2002 autoritatile din Causeni i-au demolat casa ilegal, fiind lipsit (nelegitim) de bunurile proprii în timp ce Tudor Pînzari se afla grav bolnav în stare de inconstienta în spital. De atunci, nici o guvernare nu a fost capabila sa îi solutioneze problema. Astfel, omul este nevoit sa protesteze în strada non-stop pe timp de canicula, ploaie si ger, în conditii inumane fara nici o sursa de apa, curent electric si canalizare, departe de familia sa timp de aproape 7 ani deja!
Tudor Pînzari a apelat la toate caile juridice în încercarea de a-si face dreptate. Ultima decizie a Curtii Supreme de Justitie a obligat autoritatile locale din Causeni sa îl plaseze într-o lista de asteptare, în circumstantele în care în Causeni nu exista aceste liste, pentru ca autoritatile nu au bani pentru a construi locuinte.
Mentionam faptul ca Tudor Pînzari a crescut la orfelinat si este veteran de razboi de la Nistru, în urma caruia este invalid având dizabilitate de gradul 2 definitiv, consecinta a razboiului în care a luptat pentru apararea independentei si a integritatii Republicii Moldova în anul 1992.
Ajutati-ne să-i oferim o locuinta modesta in orasul lui natal!

He went to war, he fought for the country and now, he sleeps on the streets. This is the heartbreaking story of a former war veteran, Tudor Pinzari who has been living in an improvised wood house, out in the streets for almost 7 years!
Previsouly, Tudor Pinzari owned a house in Causeni. In 2002 however, whilst he was hospitalised, fighting for his life after having been injured during the war, local authorities demolished it. Everything got worse in 2010, when his pension worth 20$ was not enough to cover even the most basic necessities of his family. So, Tudor Pinzari knew he had no choice other than leave his hometown Causeni, go to Chisinau and protest in front of the Government and Parliament in an attempt to highlight the injustices done to him.
Six years later and Moldovan authorities still refuse to acknowledge their mistake and offer Tudor a new house. Besides protesting day and night, Tudor went to court and the last decision of the Supreme Court of Justice obliged Causeni authoritieis to put Tudor on a waiting list. The mayor in Causeni had refused to do so saying that they don't have money to build homes for vulnerable people.
With the majority of politicians being so indifferent to the sufferings of Tudor Pinzari, he has pretty much given up on hope. He tells us that he accepts his fate, including the fact that he will have to spend another cold and harsh winter in the streets. We, however, know that with so many generous and caring people around, we can offer Tudor a small house in his hometown, Causeni and reunite him with his wife and little niece.
