Carter Lockhart Tribute

Carter Lockhart passed away on October 29th, 2018.

He was a great friend to so many people and greatly loved by his family. I knew him through tabletop gaming. We played hundreds of hours of games online and recorded every minute of it to share with the world. Lockhart (he was never Carter to me or anyone on the site) was a great GM. He ran games that people wanted to play. He prepared for them and knew all the details of everything.

I never met him in person but I know from the email I got from the website that the games we played together helped a lot of people through tough times. They would listen and it helped them. I know there are a lot of people out there who loved Lockhart even though they never met him.

A lot of people know Heather as well. She gamed with us too and she always seemed to make Lockhart extra happy. You could see it when you watched us gaming and when you spoke to them both.

I wanted to help Heather out with expenses for Lockhart. I hope that you all remember Lockhart fondly and are able to give what you can to help Heather out.

Any funds we generate here will go directly to Heather to help cover the costs associated with Lockhart's final expenses and she will cover any excess herself.
