My house burnt down please help

I left my home at 1:20pm. My neighbors had a fire going and they thought they had put it out. The wind blew ashes to home. We lost everything in the fire and we need whatever support anyone can offer. Also i have two children that lost eveything. They are 6 and 8 years old.Due to the lack of water for the local volunteer fire departments,our house was completely destroyed. We
lost everything but the clothes on their backs.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL (WALA) - A family from the Crossroads community in Baldwin County is living out of a hotel for now after fire destroyed their home. They’re left with many unanswered questions for now, like how it started and why it spread so quickly. Among the concerns is their suspicion that a fire hydrant right in front of the house didn’t function properly.

Insurance agents and Alabama Forestry were on the scene at the Hilliker home on Quinley Road Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Fire destroyed the house five days earlier, but officials have yet to determine a cause.
“You’re wondering what’s your next step? What someone is going to say? What they’re going to do,” said homeowner, Daniel Hilliker. “How we’re going to handle it? Where are we going to get the funds to take care of ourselves and our two grandkids?”
Daniel Hilliker and his family weren’t home when the fire broke out, but arrived home shortly after fire crews arrived. At that time Hilliker said one fire truck was attacking the fire at the back of the house while other firefighters tried to get hoses hooked to the fire hydrant across the street.
“They kept on putting a hose on, taking it off. Stuff was coming out of the fire hydrant…rocks and mud and they put it on again and they had to stop and take it off and clear the line,” Hilliker said.
Hilliker said valuable time was lost during that process.
The Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department responded and was assisted by White House Fork volunteers, Bay Minette Fire Rescue and Alabama Forestry. Crossroads’ Fire Chief, Steve Smallwood told Fox 10 News that there was not a problem with the hydrant working and that three pumper trucks were hooked up to the for the duration of the fire.
White House Fork Water Authority also told Fox 10 that the hydrant had been flushed and inspected after a recent repair to the water main feeding the hydrant.
It will take the Hillikers some time to get their belongings replaced and their home rebuilt. In the meantime, they are getting some help from the community and have set up a ‘Go-Fund-Me’ account for those willing to help. That’s at https://www.gofundme.com/carolandtom
There are more than 300 fire hydrants in the Crossroads Volunteer Fire District. Chief Smallwood tells us the hydrants belong to the water department, but the fire department does periodic inspections. However, he says those inspections are not required or regulated.
