Carol Linguanti Fund

Carol Linguanti is a compassionate and amazing friend always available for anyone, animal or person alike, in need. She is now fighting against an aggressive form of breast cancer. Many people have asked us and others what they can do to help.

We decided to start this fund as means to take some of the financial stress off them, so they can focus on what truly matters. You may know Carol as the wildlife rehabilitator taking in and caring for any wayward squirrel, turtle or other creature that needs her help. You may know her as the volunteer spending untold hours in the rain and wind counting hawks and eagles at the Hawks Watch. You may know her as the dog lady who walks with her beloved Doberman daily and is counted on as a trusted resource and friend for an unknown number of dog owners. Perhaps she is the birding friend that shares with you that rare sighting of the Snowy Owl in Pine Island or some other unusual feathered friend.  Or you may simply know her as Carol, thirty year companion to Bob, who is constantly doing something (crazy) and in need of some sort of care himself.

Regardless of which of these circles has enriched your life by crossing with Carols, she now finds herself in need of some help herself. Now faced with daily trips to the city for treatment, we are simply looking to ease Bob and Carols burden and stress by raising enough funds to cover their out of pocket insurance costs for the coming year. Please consider helping a couple who has given so much to so many.
