Carmen Rose Adachi Memorial

On May 10, 2019, Carmen was heading to work after cancelling her Uber and receiving a ride from a friend. As they were stopped at a red light merely a block away from her place of employment; a semi-truck going 65MPH plowed into the back of their vehicle. The vehicle was hit so hard that the engine flew from the car and landed in a yard nearby. The vehicle Gio & Carmen were in burst into flames. While they were killed upon impact; both of their bodies were burnt beyond recognition and it took our families days to receive a confirmation via dental records that our worst nightmares had come true.
