Support for Carlis Murphy Funeral Funds

From his humble beginning as a farm boy in Millerton, OK in 1935 to the husband, father, and friends to so many as an adult, Carlis Murphy was a loving, caring, helpful, smart, talented and unselfish man. His attention to any detail was the best and believed anything that needed to be accomplished needed a plan, no matter how small. The happiness, success and wellbeing of his family was always his number one priority. In his last years, nothing was more important than making sure his wife, my mom, was taken care of in the event of his passing. He had a plan for that, life insurance, but he outlived his policy and it was too expensive at his age to try and get another one. Naturally we were all very happy about that as it was so much better to have him than money from a life insurance policy, but it does make things a little more difficult now. I always told my dad that I would always make sure mom was taken care of and happy and I intend to keep my word with every ounce of my being! Moving my mom in to live with me and my wife will be the first order of business however that is going to mean some changes to our home in order to accommodate her and make sure she is happy. This is where your help is needed. We have just enough to cover final expenses but don't have enough to cover the needed changes and support going forward. Anything anybody can contribute will be a blessing and we will be so thankful for!
