Caring for Katy

Many of you know the Loewy family. Recently, Katy received some very difficult news regarding her health. She has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and begins chemotherapy in the next few weeks. Katy are her family are traveling from their homes in White Salmon, WA and Sun Valley, ID in order to be treated at Swedish Hospital in Seattle.

After a hysterectomy on November 12th, Katy will begin chemotherapy for an estimated 4-5 months, with possible clinical trials to follow.

Katy is a strong, determined young woman who is staying positive as she begins this fight.

With funds raised through this Go Fund Me website, our goal is to provide help with out-of-pocket medical expenses, as well as helping with the cost of lodging in Seattle. Any donation is welcome and greatly appreciated by Katy and her family.
