Car Repair for Skylar's Family

Doug asked me to set this up for his brother Skylar and his family.
Skylar died tragically in a car accident that also totaled his car. His family now only has one car left -- a Volkswagon Beetle convertible. The problem is the headlights don't work and the windshield is cracked. Doug is hoping to raise $600 to fix the Beetle so Skylar's family has a functioning car.
