"Cancer Sucks" Let's Support Josh

Donation protected

I am writing this story for my brother Josh Laird. Josh is 35 years old and has been battling a rare form of cancer since  June 2011 when he found out they were pregnant with his son Keuper. Josh is an avid Massillon Tiger fan (TIG-) and has absolutely stood behind all his favorite "Ohio Teams" including but not limiting his favorite team  "The Cleveland Browns". Josh has always been such a strong man and has struggled his way through countless surgeries, endless chemotherapy, and radiation. Josh even took his fight one step further and he tried to take experimental drugs because that was his last hope. Well the pills have decided they wont work and Josh's body also decided that this has been a long journey and that it's all slowly coming to a end. Josh is going to leave behind (3) kids. Haley is 14, Landon is 10, and Keuper is 5. These are the ones i feel the most hurt and compassion for as they are not going to have their father for much longer and keuper hasnt quite grasped as whats about to happen to his daddy. As much as josh wanted to keep on his fight against cancer his body has other plans for him.  Two days ago the hospice nurse told my parents that in her opinion Josh isnt going to hold on much longer if not a couple weeks it could be as soon as a couple of days. My brother has a big heart and would help anyone in need as he was nurses aide at one time then a mechanic for the remainder of his career. Josh loves his family and he loves his friends so for everyone to come together and give Josh his happiness at this time is all we're concerned about. Josh has expressed very deeply to everyone that he wishes to be buried and has begged everyone to not "burn him". This is a very hard wish to fufill as funerals can be very costly and we just dont have it. If anyone can donate even $1 to help us try to make Josh's final wishes come true he will greatly appreciate it. On behalf of myself and my family we want to thank everyone for their help and ongoing support as Joshua takes his journey home when it's time. Thank you all.
