Camp Fire Relief for Gaughan Family

Donation protected
At 9:00 am on Thursday, November 8th, we received a panicked call from our mother saying that there was a big fire in Paradise, and that she needed to evacuate immediately.  She and her partner, Michael, quickly grabbed a bag of clothes, their cat, Leo, and a couple boxes of family photos before making a harrowing escape.

The deadly Camp Fire destroyed so much, including our beloved family home.  Our parents bought our house on Parkwood Way in 1988, and so many wonderful memories were made there.  The fire destroyed everything except the white fireplace where we hung our Christmas stockings, posed for photos on special occasions like school dances, and recorded our height as we grew up.

Our sweet mother, Debra, a library specialist at Paradise High School, and her partner, Michael, have lost everything, including irreplaceable family heirlooms past down through generations, home videos, our Mom’s precious book collection, and all of Michael's personal artwork.  We are raising money to help them rebuild their lives.  Immediate funds will go toward housing, food, clothes, and the necessities needed for everyday life.  Any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your support, and much love to you all.
