Camán Till Dawn

Carrigtwohill Juvenile GAA Club is running an overnight 'puckathon' on Bank Holiday Sunday, 4th June, as part of a mental health awareness initiative that is being undertaken by the club for 2017.

We hope to increase mental health awareness and also raise much needed funds for Pieta House (Suicide & Self Harm Crisis Centre). All proceeds from the event will go directly to Pieta House.

This event will take place in the ball alley at the club grounds at West End, Carrigtwohill. The participants will be the playing members of Carrigtwohill GAA Club and the event will involve the continuous pucking of the sliotar from dusk till dawn.

Sadly, we have lost three former members of Carrigtwohill Juvenile GAA Club to suicide during the last three years. The key focus of this event is something that is close to the hearts of many people in Carrigtwohill.

Your support of this event would be greatly appreciated.
