Greetings!
My Name is Marian Doda and I am from a very isolated and impoverished town in Northern Albania called Fushe-Arrez. I work as the community development coordinator and EU coordinator for the municipality, as well as the main leader at the Assemblies of God evangelical church.
I believe in my community and its well-being, and I believe that we are here to make a difference in our world (whether school or workplace).
I believe that the responsibility for encouraging societal change falls under the leaders of our country. It is our leaders that have to show us the way to integrity, ethics, vision, capacity building, care, service, and encouraging the best from their followers.
The good book says,
"I Timothy 2:1-2 - I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness."
On that note, I would like to share with you my dream of pursuing a PHD in Leadership so as to continue working to improve my community. I have been accepted and have paid the enrollment fee at Regent University; the program costs for three years of the Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership (PhD) is $59,700 (I am hoping to win a scholarship, but this is not guaranteed.)

I hope you will help me with this cause. I truly believe that this can be a great asset for my country; by the end of my program, I want to found a Leadership Institute in Albania, implement leadership workshops, and suggest to the federal government to institute a national Leadership Department.
God calls on us to do great things, and he wants to us to bring about changes beyond the church walls and be an influence to all people.
I would appreciate if you can help me in this cause. Together we can bring about societal change in Albania!
