A home for my son and I

My name is Ashley and I am a single mom to a smart and funny 5 year old.  Our dream has been to own our own home but it is hard these days to pay bills and save thousands in the bank to put towards a house.  We found a perfect little home for us but need help raising the money to put down.  We have been trying to go through USDA but the restrictions are so strict it is nearly impossible to buy through them.  Any donations toward making our dream come true would be greatly appreciated.
