An Unfortunate Update on Yasmyns Fight to Live

I am writing this on behalf of my baby sister, Yasmyn. Who, at the young age of 26, is in URGENT need of a liver transplant.
Yasmyn is a recent San Francisco State University alumni that graduated with honors, an aspiring civil right's lawyer, works with disadvantaged students, and is an advocate for her community. She is a gentle spirit with a strong fight. She has a heart of gold and a liver that needs a replacement.
Yasmyn has been in and out of hospitals for 2 years. This time, she is battling for her life. She has an approximate 19% chance of surviving the next 3 months and only a 10% chance of surviving the year if she does not receive a liver transplant as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the Bay Area's transplant list exceeds the little time she has. Our family will continue to help her fight for her life and are willing to travel anywhere a liver becomes available.
