Backpacks / Rio Grande border kids

Help finance 150 backpacks for the kids detained at the border.
Backpacks are listed as an immediate need on the South Texas Refugee Response and the Catholic Charities page. Both groups assist the Unaccompanied minors at the South Texas border. The backpacks are filled with necessities and are distributed to the children. I'm not associated with either group, but I'd like to help. I can send one, so can you, but together we can send so many more.
If we reach the $700 target then the funds will be used to place a bulk order for 150 backpacks to be delivered to the Food Bank RGV in Pharr, Texas (they handle all the donations for the Relief efforts). If the target is not reached, then all donations collected will go to the groups so they can fund the needs of the children, but we won't be able to place the backpack order.
Lets work together and see if we can get this done, $5 buys one backpack. Can you sponsor a backpack or two?
