After serving the  Memphis  TN. Whitehaven community for 10 years and building  a strong fitness awareness, Minority Business owner is ousted by landlord.

Specializing in meeting the unique needs of the community, Vince  is disappointed but not defeated.

 We have helped kids get athletic scholarships, Seniors ,stroke,  cancer and heart diseases victims have regaind  strength and mobility 
Hypertension and diabetic  patients medications have  been reduced .
Those fighting obesity have achieved dramatic weight lose goals.......we are all about tangible results....we are not just a gym in a box...we are a community  based health and fitness facility.  Hope and health...is available  to everyone. 


Now that we’ve come to this new challenge the move will cost approximately $38,000.00. We have located a Great Spot in the Southland Mall.
