Surviving Student Teaching

Donation protected
Okay, so I'm really gonna go for it. If you know me, then you know that asking for help with ANYTHING is particularly hard for me. If you don't know me, then... you'll just have to take my word for it. :)

I am a student and future educator in the state of Georgia. I begin student teaching in August of this year, and I graduate in December. I'm not married, I don't have children, I don't have a sick relative- no sob stories here. I just could use a little help to get through the next 4-5 months.
For those of you that don't know, student teaching is like working as a teacher for a full semester without pay. I will be at the elementary school from around 7:15AM until 3:30PM Monday through Friday. Any time that my supervising teacher is required to be there (faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences etc.) I am required to be there. This means that although I am going to be working at night, they will be VERY limited hours.

My goal is $1,000 but I actually have no expectations. If I get $5 I will be thankful. But also, I am pledging to pay it forward. If I raise the $1,000 I set as a goal, I promise to pay it forward to another college student in my same situation next school year. Up to the $1,000.

Thanks in advance
