A Marine Corps Family
Donation protected
The donations so far have helped us with the overwhelming financial transition after the loss of my father, Gunnery Sergeant John Peter Burtyk, USMC.
My father's obituary is here .
Most of our benefits have been restored, but my mother still struggles with her own health problems. Future donations will assist her in caring for me – a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic – in our home.

Thank you and God bless,

My father gave over 20 years of his life defending his country in the United States Marine Corps. He gave all of his life defending and providing for our family. While he did two tours in Vietnam, my mother held our family together.
