Bullying in college

I went to a private college after graduating from high school. While there I made a group of friends on my dorm floor. I have a lot of mental issues ranging from learning disabilities to depression to adhd to anxiety and sometimes medication doesn’t help. While at college the people I thought where my friends started bullying me so bad t the point where I had to go to the hospital from almost killing myself. We went to the college to tell them what was happening and they did nothing about it and acted like they didn’t care and the only thing they offered to do was move me. So I got moved but the harassment didn’t end and finally the best option we came up with was to drop the out. So now I am paying of this huge debt and every day I am reminded of the horrible situation I went through and I just want to get help paying it off so I can get that terrible memory behind me and start life better.
