Well, where do I start? My name is Garry, and I have decided to try and raise some funds for my Balinese brother (Not literally - It's a Balanise thing) Pande, a home.
People reading this will most likely know Pande as I am really only going to share it with his Facebook friends. If it goes viral, then that's OK, but I am just focusing on his friends for now. As you will know, he works as a driver in Bali. I can tell you he does it pretty hard and every day is a struggle like it is for many people I guess. BUT, we can band together and at least change one families life, and for not much, if we all chip in. I know he needs about $5000 to build his house but if we can raise even half that then that would be a huge help. I know the stress is really getting to him. He was evicted from his rental property with now warning (Balanise thing again) and is currently working hard to try and get by.
About Pande:
As I said, most of you will know him. He is one of the most beautiful people in the world and would and does do a lot for people who visit his country. He has become like family to many of his customers, as you can see from his Facebook page. He cares personally about them all. Pande has a beautiful wife Komeng and two young children, Bayu (5) and Eka (7).
Like I said there are people in need for all sorts of reasons, and we would all love to help everyone, but I figured we could help someone we know and if half his Facebook friends all Put in $10 then it would be an awesome effort to get him in his own house.
Please Note: For the first week Pande will not know about this campaign unless he stumbles across it. We are just sending PM's to his friends on FB and then after a week if it goes OK we will surprise him and post it on our pages and tag him in it.
That's about it for now.
If you are just someone who found this campaign and want to contribute, then please feel free, and it would be greatly appreciated.
I will keep everyone updated on the progress and maybe start a FB group to keep you informed of the house progress should this all work out.
We can't help everyone, but we can help someone we know that considers us all family.
