In Post-War Liberia, we are creating the first sustainable Vocational Training school and Elementary school, utilizing an Agri-Business model that does not rely on external funding sources, grants or angel investors to meet its budget requirements. Will you join us?
Phase One: Vocational Training School and Elementary School.
While the farm is generating sustainable revenue and maturing its resources in year one, the following will be covered:
- Administration for the Training of 250 vocational students
- Administration for the Teaching of up to 200 elementary students, and completion of the buildings
- Clean water on- site access to students,teachers and staff
- Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Food Products for teachers, students, and staff
Phase Two: Expanding the entire project into a Community School which will:
- Develop a wider outreach of community food distribution and sales program.
- Provide 10 Month Training for up to 50 Teachers
We are asking for a total of $135k to complete Phase 1 and Phase 2.
We have already raised $28, 500. We need your support now reach our goal of $75,000.

HERE'S THE STORY:
Jeremiah Burgess, is a Liberian civil war survivor, who found a copy of Napoleon Hill's, Think and Grow Rich while living in a Ghana refugee camp! Jeremiah applied the book's principles when he returned to his home country after the war, to build a vocational training school from the ground up. Now, we are helping him make his vision sustainable by adding an agricultural project that will feed the community and generate revenue so he will not be dependent on international donors in the future!

250 students graduated from Jeremiah's school last year with skills in architectural drawing, auto mechanics, carpentry and more, and he successfully trained and graduated 9 teachers with Natalie's curriculum.

So in October 2018 a delegation of global changemakers headed to Liberia as part of a conscious reality Docu-Reality TV series, called AwakeningGIANTS to further Jeremiah’s mission to change a nation!

We believe in transparency. Our goal is to get Jeremiah into a sustainable position within 6 months. He has mapped out budgets and timelines for us that have been corroborated by Kimmie Weeks who will help manage the project.
So here is how the funds will be used:
Phase 1: Need to Raise $75,000 which covers:
- Chicken, Pig and Fish Farm utilizing a complete Agro Business model with a fully functioning animal husbandry program and agricultural farm that creates additional vocational training programs, food for attendees and work at the school and in the surrounding community. This is a huge value to the community as it is currently very challenging to get nutritious food, even local eggs, to community residents.
- Vocational School Funding for one year as the farm is generating its revenue stream
- Clean Water Filters and Tanks
Phase 2: Raise an additional $60,000 which covers:
-10 Month Teacher Training Program for 50 Teachers
- Purchase of a Utility Truck which provides for greater outreach and efficiency
- Additional support to the Elementary school as Sustainability Program fully matures in year one.
