In every corner of the world there is light. The news we hear on tv can be a speck of dust compared to the hidden lives that can inspire and entertain us.
This documentary film, and ensuing book, are being made for those who want more out of their newscast – an earnest account of true life stories that have not yet been told. This project is rooted in unaltered interviews and observations to reveal not only how Mexicans live but how they think. What are their passions, interests, motivations? What is really going on here? This is about real people and families in Mexico.

Hello, my name is Ricardo. Since hearing of this documentary, I have found it extremely interesting that there are people that want to share an external point of view about the things that are really happening in our country. It is very entertaining, it’s not “official serious” news, and it’s told from the perspective of these good people who have come to our country. Super cool!
Our Track Record:
We share a passion for discovering inspiring stories and meeting buena gente – good people. For years we have served in the community of independent filmmaking. Sharyn, being an exceptional observer, photographer and filmmaker, specializes in capturing the inner-spirit and serving it through the lens. Ned’s integrity in Spanish fluency interprets person to person conversations to deliver their authentic meaning.
