Health Improvement Fund

Over the years Cecil P. "Buddy" Hall has come to fame for his accuracy at the long shot earning him title "The Rifleman". A world champion 9ball player who, of late, has come on some hard times due to health and family issues.

We are raising these funds to help Buddy move out of his current state for health reasons and to handle remaining financial hardships that are beyond his control.
