Removal of Buck's Bad Tooth

My mother is on a cross country journey to bring awareness of childhood hunger across the nation. She is doing this journey in a wagon being pulled by two horses.   Just like humans horses can have issues with their teeth and get tooth aches. Buck apparently broke one of his canine teeth, the picture attached, and it needs to be removed or it could cause infection.  Unlike humans such proceeds are not easily done or cheaply. It's more like a surgery then a tooth pulling and the cost can range from $1500 to $4000.  My mother is on a fix budget since starting this journey because she gave up her job to follow a dream and thr path that God put her on.  https://challenge-america-equine-trek.com/ She has saved money for food and other such items to make it through the 2 year journey and she is recieving help and support from family and friends, but this kind of expense was unexpected. Its still unclear how he did it, but it needs to be fixed as soon as possible to prevent infection and more discomfort.
